Love the color, love the (wide)body, love the Targa. I don’t like convertibles or sunroofs, but I like the shape of the classic 911 Targa; I’d probably leave the lid on 98% or the time. I still have a classic Blaupunkt Dallas SQM88, new in box, just waiting for a car like this.
Too bad Singer only works with coupes. Perhaps if I plied them with enough money they would replicate my ultimate 911 - ‘90s mechanicals, ‘80s exterior, ‘60s interior. Oh, and a custom set of 18” cookie cutter alloys.
Yeah - a Targa on cookie cutters. Probably the least-liked 911, but just the one I want.
I want another car with a red interior, but not with a red exterior. Perhaps instead of that beautiful red I could go for Delphin Grey, like my E34 (and this lovely E30, below) and get the interior done in a nice oxblood color. Or maybe green exterior
That’s it - Granite Green Targa widebody with Oxblood interior on big cookie cutters. Oh yeah...
Wait - maybe they do do Targas (despite what their spec sheet says):
Wow.

This speedster was there just for the color, but then I thought it was too dark, sort of like the problem Jaguar had trying to do BRG on their F1 cars.

I started by checking the PDF spec sheet from their website that states that you are to bring them a coupe, but later discovered pictures of their work on various Targas. I don't know if they did work on Targas earlier and now don't or if that spec sheet is out of date. I figure that if someone wants to bring you several hundred thousand dollars to work on one car you do what you can to accommodate them.

But the price doesn’t include the necessary driver training. Not that I’d want it from Magnus Walker at this point...

If he can’t handle the rear-engine-ness of a Porsche, what hope is there for us non-bearded folk?
